Processing purpose

The Data Controller may collect data, to include browsing data: in the course of their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site collect certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These data are used for the sole purpose of gathering information for proper site operation.

Moreover, the Site features forms whose utilization requires users to provide their personal data, namely first and last name, city and email, in order to request information, to register with the Site, and/or to apply for employment; in the latter case, the user is not expected to provide special data, but only data that are necessary to submit a job application (e.g., name, contact information, professional qualifications) and to be contacted. In addition, the Data Controller may collect any data that are voluntarily provided by the User during phone calls or via e-mails in which the latter requests information. The request and provisions of services expressly requested by the User constitute the legal basis of data processing.

Where, on the other hand, personal data are entered into the e-commerce section of the site, such data (consisting of name, e-mail, and contact information including telephone number, tax data required for billing and bank/credit card data for payment) will be processed to complete a sale, and retained for the statutory period of 10 years from the conclusion of the contractual relationship. The fulfillment of contract terms constitutes the legal basis of data processing.

Personal data provided in order to receive Newsletters (by email) will be used to send commercial, promotional and advertising communications related to the services and/or products, or other activities offered. The explicit consent expressed by the User constitutes the legal basis for data processing.

Recipients or categories of recipients who may receive personal data

The data provided voluntarily through the site will be stored electronically on the site database host server. It is protected against the risk of loss, destruction, and unauthorised access with adequate security measures.

The appointees and any technicians or consultants in charge of managing the website have access to the data. The data will not be disclosed to third parties except when required by law.

International data transfers

The personal data collected or generated (processed) for site purposes will be stored exclusively in Italy/Europe.

Retention period and processing duration

Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is collected and for the time the Data Controller is subject to retention obligations for tax purposes or other legal or regulatory reasons. For marketing purposes until express revocation.

Data subject rights

The User can obtain confirmation from the Data Controller that their data is being processed. They can also:

  • access personal data, request the correction or deletion of personal data, limit or oppose their personal data processing;
  • receive their data in a structured, commonly used and electronically readable format and transmit it to another data controller (data portability);
  • be informed of any automated decision-making processing, including profiling;
  • withdraw the consent without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before its withdrawal;
  • complain to the supervisory authority.

Nature of the data and consequence of a failure to communicate

We inform you that the provision of data is optional but essential for administrative and accounting purposes. Failure to provide the data considered mandatory (marked with *) will make it impossible to access services and obtain what has been requested.

The provision of data for marketing purposes is optional and not binding for the provision of services.
