Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) Food Supplement

Effective biological modulator.

PEA seems to be an emerging tool for the treatment of pain and inflammation.

Though further studies are needed, there is a growing body of evidence about the application potential of PEA for pain therapy (sciatic pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis and peripheral neuropathies), as a result of its anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity.

The best results were obtained with variable doses in the range of 300 and 600 mg a day, up to a maximum of 1200 mg a day.

Moreover, since PEA is an endogenous substance, its intake does not cause pharmacological interactions at the recommended dosage.
