Royal Jelly is a milk white jelly-like substance that is produced by worker bees to nourish the queen bee. Rich in nutrients, it is traditionally used as an energising tonic.

Royal Jelly can have beneficial effects on mood swings, and it generally has a calming effect. In fact, this food is a natural source of acetylcholine, an organic compound present in nervous tissue, and is important for the transmission of nerve impulses.
