with citrus bioflavonoids, pine bark and red grape seed extract, indicated for microcirculatory function (heavy legs) and cardiovascular system function.

 OPCs stimulate cell repair and the strength ofblood vessel walls, increasing capillary resistance. Thereduction in oedema and the improvement in circulation endow these compoundswith the important action of protecting blood vessel endothelium elasticity.

Polyphenols are able to improve some cardiovascular markers: particularly, they can affect thelipid metabolism, inhibit LDL cholesterol oxidation,reduce the formation of atherosclerotic lesions, improve  endothelial function and reduce blood pressure.

The intake of polyphenols can also have a beneficial effect on insulin resistance, as reported by some scientific data.

In the epidermis the antioxidant action of OPCs manifests by protecting the skin from damage caused by UV radiations, preventing the appearance of wrinkles. Moreover, some studies indicate an excellent protective action of OPCs against oxidative damage in the eye.
