In recent years we have witnessed an impressive increase in the potential applications of methylsulphonylmethane.

Many studies reveal the anti-inflammatory action performed especially on joints in arthrosis, but also on muscles.

Moreover, MSM as source of organic sulphur, improves trophism of skin adnexa, strengthening and ensuring skin, hair and nail elasticity and brightness.

Vitamin C, biotin and zinc are nutrients that play an important role in the health of skin adnexa (skin, hair, nails).

Vitamin C is essential for the synthesis of collagen, the fibre that forms all connective tissues (skin, tendons, cartilage, etc.), and is essential for normal cicatrisation.

Some studies indicate that biotin deficiency can cause dermatitis, acne, hair loss and frail nails. Additional data indicate that the compound has a protective role against early greying of hair and balding.
