A member of the Composite family, echinacea is a plant that is commonly used in the USA and in Europe as therapy for the common cold.

The intake of its extracts is associated with a lower risk of recurrent respiratory infections and their complications.

Echinacea is useful for the prevention of common colds. It boosts the immune response, alleviates symptoms (cough and hoarseness) and reduces duration of the disease.

ImmunoSelect® is an extract of Echinacea angustifolia leaves cultivated in the USA, and standardised at least at 4% of echinacoside

Ingredients: bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), maltodextrin, anti-caking agents (vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide). Capsules of vegetable origin in hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
