Studies suggest that ribose can increase ATP in muscles, with beneficial effects on  aerobic performance. It also supports normal cardiac function.

Ribose produces energy required by muscle cells to improve performance in terms of strength, sprint and endurance. It also acts as fuel for all metabolic reactions.
