L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine: the main amino acids that stimulate protein synthesis, encouraging glycogen resynthesis and delaying the onset of fatigue.

Vitamin B1: thiamine, water soluble vitamin that is hardly synthesised in the human body. It is essential for energy metabolism and for nerve impulse conduction.

Vitamin B6: pyridoxine, water soluble vitamin, essential for nucleic acid and protein metabolism. It allows the activity of more than 60 enzymes, is essential for red blood cell production and regulates the nervous system.
