The garlic bulb is one of the most ancient and common remedies of folk medicine.

Allicin is a remarkable natural antibiotic. Its powerful inhibiting action on many bacteria was observed in 1858 by Louis Pasteur.

Garlic contains many minerals and micronutrients: its active components allow the bulb to perform antibacterial and anti-infective actions that strengthen the immune system, enhancing the action of natural killer (NK) cells and of phagocytes. It also effectively targets microorganisms that cause the common cold and flu.

The titrated and standardised plant extract maintains the quality and quantity of natural active ingredients unchanged, ensuring the product's stability, bioavailability and efficacy.

Alliin: water-soluble and pharmacologically inactive sulphurated compound. With a chemical reaction catalysed by the enzyme allinase, it is transformed into allicin, a pharmacologically active fat soluble substance.
